My own facepacks help please

I have made my own team and replaced some players etc. I have saved some pictures, made them 180x180 and made a config file etc following all of the guides.
However, when I go to the game and click on the player the image is just blank with nothing there.
Can anyone help please?

have you checked in preferences>display and sound

untick use skin cache
tick always re load on confirm
select show player faces


if they still don't work then maybe a problem with config

yes mate done all this and the picture is just blank.
