This is by far the most individual formula I could possibly create at the moment and it seems to top all of those copys and similiar stuff compared to.
Formation
I have posted my thoughts about opposition instructions in the thread "Different tactics around the World" and those instructions also take part in this tactics.
I want to remember you about the most important thing about team shape - this is by rule of thumb -
5+ specialist roles set shape "Highly Structured"
3-4 specialist roles equals shape "Structured"
2-3 specialist roles will be "Flexible"
1-2 specialist roles will mean "Fluid" team shape
and anything else would be "Very Fluid".
Thanks to the Tactics Drawing Board of the Sports Interactive Community!
So this is the formation I want to set if we want Pass and move the ball with sense, attack as the most dangerous possible art of football, creating, moving the ball and moving as triangles in the final third is the key to our play in this set.
As you realized I've posted the Team Shape rule of thumb above. This is for the case if you want to adapt your Team Mentality either to the upcoming opponent, to your squads weakness and/or to lack of current form.
It is also possible that you may need to adapt roles/duties to suitable ones for the league you are into. Examples:
Germany lower leagues - Fast, direct football, often 4-2-3-1W
Italy - Mixed, deep-pressurizing defences, deadly on the counter attack
French - in the meanwhile short-passing, building up with a more lowish tempo, pressing high up the pitch
Spain - short, slow, patient build-up, free roaming
and so on.
Here are the Opposition Instructions
