My Preferences keep ressting themselves 2 default! Why?

eveytime i change my preferences, i click confirm then carry on go bk 2 minutes later n there back to default.

anybody know how 2 stop this happening

right click on the fm09 logo on your desktop and look for target make sure it "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\fm.exe" if it is not change it to this.
