When I click add new assignment it will only let me scout in Europe. I want to scout in Asian and Africa... any help please?

The higher your reputation the more areas you can scout so basically just wait untill your reputation is high enough and you should be able to scout anywhere

im hearts *-) and my chairman says there is no boundaries for scouting? and hearts are a 3rd placed scottish team most the time.

we're talking about teams with lower rep that can't scout worldwide

better than most other teams, its usually only top division teams that can scout anywhere

Basically you need to win things and make money and then you will be able to scout anywhere, relegation will mean you will still be able to do it as long as you stay as a top second tier club and look for promotion.

Don't use it too much so cant comment that much.
