My skin Uploading Nightmare!

Befor ei get any warning i have flowwed the guide given on how to activate a downloaded skin right down to a tee

the skin cache is off and reload is on and i have downloaded the skin into the folder that i have been told too

Me/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/Skins

and nothing!

the files are being extracted into the right place

can someone help me? if thy have also had this problem please try to sympathise

oh yh the other thing i need to mention is, i cant select the skin, i click where it says the name fof the default and i have no alternate options

yep it is in 'skins' and i isnt working still

Ok i solved the problem, it was i had got the new patches

i was on 11.0.0
now im on 11.2.0
