"My squad status appears to have changed"

What do they mean by this? Are they saying that perhaps their role in the club is not as significant as it used to be/they want it to be?

If i have a player who is concerned because of this does this mean I should try and play him more?

is it not because you changed thier squad status? ive never seen this before, but i know you should only change an important 1st teamer to rotation or whatever if they are injured or they get upset

That's what I first assumed it was but I never change anything. It usually seems to occurr in players who have not been making the first team lately.

Just play them more and they will forgive you
