my tactic never become fluid

hi guys, I have this problem: my tactic never become fluid!
In preseason I've arranged 10 friendlies, put training on tactic and very high, but now I'm at the start of the league and the tactic is still poor!
I've also put it in the three slots! I don't know what to do... I have good coaches, I'm in premier league.

Any solutions?

Tactics - very high on left side of training page do not have to do with fluidity. Its the right side option where you must put the tactics only option and set the middle bar to more match training.

Friendly matches also if they are easy they dont help the tactic to get fluid. Best option is, one hard game, if win hard again, if loose easy to gain morale again, and two or three easy games as last to gain morale as best as possible.

try starting in December 12, it gives a lot of time to study your tactic and it will become fully fluid.

P.S don't buy a load of players before your 1st match if you do your tactics fluidity will become lower as your new players will take time to adapt
