N Forest CB 600,000 to spend

Am managing Forest on the 10.3 patch in first season and need a CB with 600,000 to spend have just got

Kovalchuk
kim dong jin
ali boussaboun
Gaston Fernandez
and Tanasijevic
on frees so far

Also any good assistant managers names would be good Cheers
