Names database

I know in previous versions of FM editor there was a section that listed names (first and surnames) with countries and the probability of someone from that country having that name. I assume this is for random player generation.

2 questions, 1) is this section still available in the editor? I can't seem to find it. 2) Is there a way to get access to the raw data? I know there are .dat files, but can we get them in readable formats?

As far as i can know there isn't any list of first name surnames that you can access and manage through the editor
I don't know about the raw files as you call them, there has to be a way.
