In my game he is doing just fine for me in Ligue 1 despite being 20(now 21) when we were promoted after the first season, making huge improvements to his overall game and still has 2 stars to go in PA, now in our 3rd season, he had 91% pass success rate and made 4 tackles against Everton in the Europa League

Transfer fee wise he should not be too expensive first season as AS Monaco are in Ligue 2 and should accept reasonable offers (his value is around 2 million pounds at the start I think)

He has good stats but he is soo short. Like mentioned above, he was good in last year's FM too. Looks good this year too.
