Napoli - first window

So, I've sorted all of my team, but I've not managed to get a decent LB or CB. Any decent LB would be good and i'd like a good covering CB (Alderweireld went to Malaga instead of me and Vertonghen isn't interested). I've also already missed M'Bengue.

Any suggestions welcome! I would like them to be able to go straight into the 1st team, but I don't mind if they're a little off of this standard if they have good potential and will improve fairly quickly.

p.s. budget will be able to go to about 20mill with payments. Unfortunately Vrsaljko just chose Atletico over me so I need a Rb too now.

LB: Lensky (decent for 1.2 mil), Ansaldi, Pieters, Makeev, Monreal.
CB: Shawcross, Subotic, Lovern, Ranocchia

These are without knowing your budget, and just assuming that you aren't going to go and sign the obvious top talents at LB such as Evra, Lahm, Tremoulinas, Clichy, fuchs, and Baines.
