Hi there. I`ve found the similar topic in the forum, but I decided to revive it. Does anyone know what means these ratings in FM editor --> Nation--> NATION TRANSFER PREFERENCES? Because I don`t like that in the game crappy England national team players pollute such a teams as Milan or Barcelona (6)
