yeah i could do with tips here to. started a weston super mare save on line with a friend. he is Chelmsford. problem is he is 3rd and i am 15th. which aint bad as i was predicted to go down, but find consistency a real problem.
I have found in my Conference game with Lincoln that going structured and mentality on defend (with a slightly higher line) works well and then setting more attacking player roles so that it doesn't become an actual defensive formation. This is working well at the minute but the formation and other bits should be based on the strength of your squad. Grimsby have lots of good players especially upfront so maybe try a 4-4-2 and get it to the front men quickly with a high tempo?
