So I applied for the Bulgaria and Gambia head coach jobs those being my nats but I was turned down for some utter noobs. So degrading.

Most nations like to go with a home grown manager. I think england have proved the importance of that with capello, he is a great tactician but he doesnt care much for england and we dont play with any sort of passion or driving force under him. Its realistic in my opinion. But then again it can pay off, trapattoni at ireland for example.

That or the fact that I've only managed one club for one season albeit doing the treble.
