I have been co-managing a club and Saudi Arabia Under 23s, and I have been asked to pick a squad for the Olympic games qualifiers. As football is not big in Saudi Arabia, and it's early in the game so there aren't many regens, there were not enough players to fill up the squad, so I had to confirm the squad with gaps to be filled by greyed out players. A few days later and one of my players got injured, and it asked me to call up a replacement. As all of the players eligible are already selected for the team, I can't call up a replacement, and the game won't let me continue until I have responded to the email telling me to call up a replacement, but the confirm squad button is unavailable and I can't call up a replacement. How do I get the game to continue?
