Nationalities for journeyman managers?

I was wondering how much it matters when it comes to starting unemployed? Especially as I've noticed on my LLM save I keep getting linked with Uruguayan and Italian clubs, when I'm in Italy with a bunch of Uruguayan players, but no Norwegian or Scottish clubs (my nationalities).

However, if you start unemployed, does anyone have any experience with job offers? Will Scottish managers get offers from England?
