Nationality?

Im manager of England, thought i could do a better job after watching the Algeria game...

I thought about adding Mikel Arteta to the squad, hes qualified for England nationality, but it says "see's no benifit." so obviously he doesnt think so, is there a way i can get him to? i cant find a way to interact or anything, any ideas?

because Spain are in the E.U, it's not important for him to become a UK Citizen unlike someone from out of the E.U.
