natural fitness

is there a way of improving a players natural fitness? and if so how?
 
To improve mine, i concentrate on strength and aerobic, and arrange about 5-6 pre-season friendlies. Assign some players to reserve games too

you cant improve natural fitness
 
oh well. Just appeared to be doing something right as they tired less. ah well. have to admit i never check the natural fitness bar doing the season, so never knew if it went up or down. Me bad :(
 
The clue is in the name
NATURAL Fitness. I would very much doubt that you can improve it because then it wouldn't be Natural.
You may want to try Stamina though if you want fit players
