Natural position help!!

i have a regen striker who i have over the last yeartrained to be a LAM insde forward and he is world class there.
however it took 1 and a half yers of training and playing him there for him to become natural in that position.

what i am asking is if i stop training him to play in LAM but do continue playing him there to free up his training schedule will he lose the natural rating in that position.

he is pure class

Was he already accomplished in that position?

If so, I wouldn't bother with making him a natural.

i have an other world class striker (in the mould of a demao or cavani) and i want to play 4-2-3-1.

and he averaged 7.70 with 29 goals and 29 assists last year in that position.

if i stop training him LAM will he remain natural?????

that is all i want to know.
