I think that this is not a 100% a plug & play tactic, try tweaking the tactic until ur it can produce the best results with ur team. And in match u hv to also do a few tweaks based on situations. FM is an event-based game meaning that u hv to make changes to the events that happened before to influenece the genration of new events.
Besides, that's what I did when I try to create a tactic based on other tactics.
