Need 2 title winning tactics for Chelsea first season

As title says, need help choosing 2 tactics that are capable of winning me the title with Chelsea. Want a possession based tactic which is fairly attacking for weaker teams and a good defensive tactic against stronger opponents. Fairly flexible with the formation but I have to fit in Hazard, Mata, Oscar. Anyone have any successfully proven tactics that will let me get the best out of the 3 amigos but will also win me matches?! Thanks in advance Sexy football is a bonus!

I see what you mean, I have played multiple game saves as Chelsea more like a 12 and only once I won the premier league. I normally finish 5th or 6th
