Need a center back!!

hi, ive just about to start the third season o the game and am managing QPR, i've built a pretty solid team but i could do with a top quality center back. I have Matthew Connoly, Mark Beevers and Marco Andreolli but could do with some real quality. I have about 12 mill to spend, was looking at chelsea's manciene but they dont want to sell, any ideas?

Olexandr Chyzhov, David Luiz, and Thiago Silva are all very good options. Chyzhov will be by far the cheapest though.

Have a look at a guy called Bayal Sall, I haven't managed to get my hands on him due to the work permit being declined on numerous tries but he seems like a good young buy and very cheap too, just as long as you can get that work permit!

Other than that, the Man City defender Onuoha who can play centre and right back
