Need a defender?!

I am currently just started a season with Southampton and I have realised that I have a weakness in the left back position. Was wondering if anyone could suggest a good left back to buy or come on loan to me?

Matthew Briggs from Fulham , you can get him on Loan.

That would be unlikely. He's on about 80,000 a week and would most likely reject Southampton. Briggs is a very good player though.

You could give it a try , i'm not sure if he would join Southampton though , seeing as they're in the Championship.

Also the assistant manager for Southampton is **** and I want rid of him. Was looking around for a good one but none of them want to join me because of Southampton being in the Championship. Any good assistant manager's in Football Manager that will join me?
