Need a good bottom team tactic

Everyone seem to be posting tactics for top europian clubs.
If its a LL club its always Leeds or Newcastle who have best squad in The leage
But what about Hull, Burnley, Wolves est.

I'm managing Hull and I find it hard to score, not to lose a goal even against similar level clubs.
can someone recomend a good tactic???
