Wallace of Fluminense, he has a minimum fee release of £4.4m. If you want to hold onto Obertan than just pay for Wallace over monthly installments, 24 months would take £2.2m of your transfer budget for the season.
Alternatively if you want to keep within budget then Romario of Vitoria is an option. He has a £1.3m minimum fee release or you could sign him on a free transfer for January, both of these depend on whether he has signed a new contract.
