Need a sucessful tactic for my england national team

Hello im currently using a tactic i got off youtube and it was great in my lower league save but wanted to try it in a more higher team and it has turn to be very worthless does anyone know of a tactic that has been sucessful for england any help will be great

I am using GUMP's Barca tactic with England right now in 2014 ECQs and have gone 2-0 at Bulgaria, 4-1 at Norway, and 3-0 home to the Czechs. I'd say that works... Team is:

GK - Hart
DL - Baines
DC - Rio
DC - Terry
DR - G.Johnson
MLC - Lamps
MRC - Hargreaves
AMLC - Rooney
AMC - Wilshere
AMRC - Young
ST - Owen
