Hi i want a good tactic for Liverpools Squad of the football manager 2010

i want to know what players to sell and buy, that would help ease the tactic, i want the tactic so i can atleast claim a top 3 position within the premier league,
with the tactic can you please post team instructions and player instructions, and with the players can you please tell the most i can sell and the most least that i can purchase the player for
