I need a Deep lying forward who is quite young (21 or less) who can be backup to Rooney. I have just sold Berbatov. I have Welbeck, Hernandez and Fierro all competing for the other forward role, the poacher. I can spend up to £25 million.

Mattia Destro and you could also check out Jonathan Viera; he's primarily AMC but competent striker and could work well in a pair on top. He has a buyout clause of just £5.25m as well.

Paco Alcacer could also work well with a bit of retraining and he has a buyout clause of £8.75m.

Gotze is the most obvious option, but he will probably be very expensive.

Alternatively, create a search filter using Rooneys stats and then add in "Age - At most - 21"

Borini is pretty good one for his age and scores for fun, but will not develop into a stats machine and 4-5 star player.

As someone said, Torres (especially if you have Fierro already - Mexican stike force of Chicha, Torres and Fierro!)

Maybe buy Gylfi Sigurdsson and retrain him?
