Need alot of help getting into a game

hi, i can never get far on any saves i do and i have tried pretty much everything and i need ideas and advice on what to do with your suggestion such as best players and best formation and like slow tempo and stuff because i get bored looking through the ability trying to get it right. Thanks.

Ive the same problem.I once maneged to start 5 different saves in the same day.
Altho I got through 4 seasons with West Brom.
Try starting with one of the promoted teams prob Newcastle and use team guides to get you goen.
