Adryan or Adem Maher stand out as two who would be relatively cheap a the start and develop well at a club of Manchester United's pedigree, isco is the most expensive option out of the ones you listed but excellent and i think Wellington Nem's most suited position would be an AMR inside forward but most certainly do a job for you in the middle.
