Need an answer to a Question that might seem noob- ish!

I'm playing in the Belgium 2nd class legaue i came from the 3th.. anywayz.

When promoted to the 2nd I could use the ' Full Time training ' option, wich i couldn't in the 3th. So not all my players can get to use the advantage of ' Full time training ' ( so it seems ) when i see that i can put some of my players to F/T I can't put them into my tactic set - up, ( !!! ) to let them play in the match. I can only use the players that are in P/T to play in a match ?

I'm kinda confused here.. Just help me out i'm in the dark here :x
Any noob comments? plz go ask your mommie to buy you a babrie to mastrubate on.
