Need cheap players for league 2

Hi this is my first ever post,i need yor help because im trying to sign cheap players 4 rotherham united in league 2

i dont mind if they r free agents,have a clause so i could get them 4 cheap or players that wud need a small fee for me to sign them

please help

If Man U offer you Oliver Norwood get him, i signed him in league 2 and im now in the Championship, and hes my main player with 4.5 star ability rating.
Other great signings I got were Petrucci (AMC) and Austin Ward is a good winger (ML/AML). Also Jonny Gorman on loan is a handy right winger who I have now signed and is doing really well in the Championship.

Loris Karius is a great goalkeeper for L2 that you can sign for free.

I also loaned Ignasi Miquel from Arsenal for the season (DC) and he was a great defender for me.

If you need any specific positions let me know and I'll have a look who I used back then, was 4 seasons ago so I cant remember everyone!

Stern John was a great striker for me in League 2, you can get him for free at the start of the game
 
and on your journey from league 2 to the championship how did u control finances and who did u sign
 
I didnt have any transfer budget for the first 3 seasons, so my strategy was to scout for free transfers for positions I felt were weak in my team. I also loaned players from Premiership teams for free - this helped with my crappy wage budget.

Most the players I've signed are newgens as I like to sign young promising players and develop them - most of my first team atm are under 24.

My problem now is holding onto ambitious players. My best player Oliver Norwood has just requested a transfer because he wants to move to a bigger club, pretty annoying!

How are you finding it so far with Rotherham?
 
i got promoted in my first season and now in my second season im in league 1 an im 9th in january.but my finances are insecure and im losing about 200k every month-even though i am making lots of friendlies and releasing rubbish players
