Being a Newcastle fan I was hoping to try to recreate the style in which they play, or at least the style I would like them to play despite Pardew... I'm getting off track.
Anyway, the basic principle is a 4-3-3 with attacking wingers. You have your advanced playmaker from the midfield and I'm trying out a regista to go with it. NUFC typically employ Tiote or Anita as the holding mid, but I think they're more offensively minded to be an anchor. A DLP may be more suitable, but I wanted to play around with the regista.
Here's the tactic, with the team instructions, and the optimal starters for what I have.

I'm not sure if I want to stick with the lone poacher, but really that's what Cisse is, so I was trying to keep it accurate.
I've only tested this through half a season with the stock NUFC team. I didn't purchase anyone in the first transfer window. I'm curious to see how this works in other leagues and other levels and any other feedback/suggestions would be appreciated.
Here's the results so far:

Pretty hilariously very NUFC, if I do say so.
