Need Good Dribbler and Crosser for my Chelsea team!!!

Hello everyone...

I'm now having fight with my winger Keko.So, he's likely will leave.So guys, I want replace him with AMR that have high dribbling and crossing(pace is bonus).Which AMR I can buy less than about 20m and still young?

danny (zenit guy, a little old but very good and wont cost much)

luka modric (unlikely you'll get him though)

There is a player from atalanta, I can't seem to remember his name now, in first season his on loan and he is a right winger... in my old lost save I could have bought him with Hajduk but I hadn't and he went to Lyon and he is theyr best player averaging about 7.5 per game for 5 seasons, damnit I can't seem to remember his name he would be very useful for you...

If you want young at 2016 then you'll need to find a regen.

Otherwise Gervinho and Scholetto are 2 great ones.
 
The best right winger is definitely Giuliano, but he could be expensive
