Need good tactics for Ajax

Hi guys!

Just started up a new Ajax save, can't think of any good tactics that can fully utilize all the young talents in the team...If ever anyone played for Ajax before - any suggestions are highly appreciated

The above is a tactic I used and I think overall my win % is at 70%ish with a lot of draws and hardly any losses, is quite effective as I took over Stuttgart mid season, when they were facing relegation (15th in league) , took them to 6th unlucky not to finish in european competition spots , then won the league the following season .

Tactic is solid for young fast teams , which , Ajax clearly are
