Need help....Always can't get work permit ?

Hi all,

I face a big problem while i was playing FM2009.
I playing with Dorchester (England). Everytime when i want to sign for players around south america ( Chille & Brazil or Africa) & it always failed on work permit. Even i appeal it also the same.

Anyone can kindly tell me how to solve this problem ?

see what your scouts say if you can, sometimes it says impossible to get work pemit for them, if they arfe young 16 to 21 even less likeily and it may just be because you are dorchester and the big times theyget more favours? loads of quality players in europe though

What patch are you playing on? On 9.1 I know it was quite hard to get them but on 9.3 usually I just appeal and always get who I'm after, Laurito being a prime example on my Newcastle save.

Up date to 9.3 if you already haven't.

I'm playing v9.3 also.
Ya. My scouts say 'impossible to get work pemit for them'.
Any other solution that can get them.
Even after i appeal it but it still turned down the transfer.
Waste so many chances to sign good & free players.
