Need Help ASAP!

Just finished my first season and i applied for the british olympic team job, a day before my first game wilshere gets injured and it asks me to pick a replacement, but when i go to do this then move someone to the squad it says i already have 18 players and im unable to click continue as it's a 'must respond' action, also wilshere is not in the squad so i can't remove him, any ideas? by the way sorry if its in the wrong place wasn't sure if it was a glitch or not.

When this happens to me, i usually holiday for one day, so the assistant or a coach deals with the problem.

have tried finding wilshire and right clicking on him to check to see if you remove player there, as it sounds like he was automatically kicked out.... Also double check your filters as you might have unavailable checked
