need help between team instruction and individual setting

If I set my team instructions and make some changes to the individual setting, whether the player will still follow the instructions on the team?

example :
my team instruction for creative freedom is more expressive, and tick all my players to little creative freedom ( between 0-6 ), what'll happen there ?
