need help: Competitions Wont change to correct name

I have downloaded FMV'13.rar and unzipped the file into my graphics folder of FM13 I also tried Competitions.zip and unzipped into same folder I even moved my competitions folder from FM2012 (which worked correctly) and the competitions STILL are incorrectly named.... England - premier division Germany - first division European Champions Cup etc.... however, the logo's are CORRECT. The European Champions Cup has the "Coupe des Clubs Champions Européens" as it's logo/icon. Premier division has the lion that says "Premier League"....but the actual in game text is still all wrong. Thanks so much for any help!!!

You need to start a new game, if you haven't already

Could you post links to the 2 competition name things you've used, because there are 2 ways of doing it I think
