Need help creating a new nation structure

Apologies for jumping on this thread but since it is going, does anyone know whether you can change the prize money/tv money in a division? for example i need to up the money in the welsh premier league, I have done this for the lower leagues i have edited in myself but cannot do it for the top tier.

Your only option is to recreate the system from scratch and create the rules for your top division.
