I'm managing Dussledorf in the Bundesliga,, and am having trouble keeping my squad players fit. The reserve team is u23 only so any players over that cant get any reserve team action.
Ideas anyone?

Tried that, but only players under 23 can play in them..........

Stick to garbagemanning then garbageman!

In seriousness, though im not sure on some of these, this could help -

- buy backup players on sign free agents and play them in easier or less important matches
- make sure your best players are fit for harder matches and rest accordingly
- scout and search for players with high natural fitness
- get the best fitness and aerobic coaches possible
- sign better physios to deal with injuries
- if playing in rain or have a comfortable lead, use the "take a breather" shout

Hope this helps

cheers moose some good ideas there...

Your right joel it it a big problem ;)

These are all ways to keep fitness high, one in particular is reduce the workload for your players' training regimes.

Since the question has been answered in depth but multiple people - thread closed.
