Need help - FM patches have disappeared?

I'm experienced with FM, 2005 was the first one I played, but i've come across something that has totally confused me...

I've always had auto patch on using steam so I've always had the latest patches. But I just went the start a new game and in "Version" it says 13.0.0., meaning all the new patches have gone?Is this something that needs to be reported and any help fixing it would be appreciated. These two screens show the version I'm on now and the version it says I'm on when i want to start a new game:

There hasn't been a database update so we are still on the default database. The actual version of your game, however, has changed.

Thats what I mean, we wont get a database update for about a month but the version should be 13.2 shouldn't it?

What does it say in game status tab when you start a game?

The version IS 13.2.1 in yuor screenshot. The " version" you can pick when starting a new game is like pointed out a databas. so you are good to go

That screen is from a different save I just included it to make a point that they weren't the same. But when i did start the new game it was the right version, so the only problem is it displays the wrong version in the first screen, but that's hardly game breaking so problem solved mainly

Could you please post a screen from this save. showing the game status where it says something other than 13.2.1 ? It would be good to know it there is a cosmetic glitch that sometimes happens

"Cosmetic" glitch is exactly the way to describe it because when i went to start the new game it showed this:

But as soon as that new game loaded I checked the game status and it showed the newer version:

Anyway, its only a small bug so now that I know the latest version does end up loading it doesn't bother me.

BUt this is what we have been saying though, its not a bug

Screenshot 1:
Here, you pick the databas containing all the players. When the Januari databas is out, you will be able to chose, just like you are now if creating one of your own. For now, there is only one, and its the 13.0.0 and has nothing to do with the Game Version, the coding of the game, the Match engine

Screen 2:
Here, you see what Version of the game code, match engine, you are using, regardless of what databas you are using ( an official one, a homemade etc)

A patch and a database are two different things.

Database 13.0.0 is the only version available at the minute.

However the game and match engine are running patch 13.2.'x'
