Need help for a team to be- FM2O12 PSP

Hello, I have been playing FM2012 PSP for a while, however I can never seem to find the best team as I get bored, can someone give me help or advice of who to be?

Why do you get bored of? Who have you been and what are you looking for?

Like I always be the same teams over and over but never win anything and I want to be an International Manager?

Be like Manchester United with an English nationality then when you win everything you can you should be able to get the England job providing the manager is sacked.

Play as Manchester City you pretty much never lose with them and choose your nationality to be English.
