need help getting my players to reach there full potential

Hey i would like some tips on how to get a 5 star youngster to get to 5 stars as they only ever get to 3.

some questions i have no idea about

1st..when hiring coaches do i go for reputation or do i look at stats? at the moment i just leave it to my DOF

2nd..do i train them individual stat or a role so it covers more then 1 stat to improve?

3rd..is tutoring important or should i loan players out?

any advice would be great, thanks in advance

They need to be tutored by someone with good professionalism and ambition. you need to maximise these attributes early for them to train effectively when they are young.

My players usually come back worse than they originally were if I send them out on loan. Play them as much as possible in your first team. Train a specific role rather than one attribute as the attribute may not always improve. Very experienced players generally make good tutors.
