Need help on tactics ASAP

So i have decided to actually get open my fm12 and play it i have 3 teams in mind on who to go Leicester, Southampton or Birmingham only problem is what tactic to use i'm not bothered on what team out of those to go but i just don't have the time nor patience to build my own tactic so any help will be most appreciated

If you are unpatient, then I would suggest the following. Use MR Houghts latest.
