Need help regarding loaning youth players

Hi. Im currently playing Southampton. There is one thing that annoys me so much. I have to confirm loan extension/ loan request of my youth players every time! The thing is i dont really care abt my youth since they are not good enough. Is there any options to turn this thing off? many thanks!

Go to staff instructions, and have either your *** man/head of youth handle the selling/loaning of youth players.

yepp already did that..but still have to confirm every loan request. :S :S a bug maybe?

pretty sure there's an option under staff responsibilities to do with finalising youth signings, not just one about making or accepting bids.

Yeah, but it's just to do with incoming youth. Not outgoing.
