need help spending 10M.

I am Spartak Moscow, 1st season in- board has just upped my transfer budget to 29M, put about 10M of that into wage budget- and now 19M, but only gonna spend 10M for financial prudence's sake.

I'm also clearing out Pareja, Ibson and Ari (I barely use them)

I've already signed Kara, Bressan, and looking into Sven Bender and/or Willian, as well as some Russian players.
