Hello i'm begginer in FM, i readed some guides and made my own tactic with suggestions of some ppl.
My defensive looks not bad but offensive is a problem especially vs teams that defend with almost all 11 players all i can make is 1-5 shoots. My strikers receive very few passes and wingers are stopped most time, i send screens of my instructions and players:
