Need help with a tactic

i had a formation in '15 that was killer, i love plug and play and cant find one that suits me/my team. the tactic was mainly

gk - sweeper
2 x CBs - one BWD and CB
2 x CWP - attack
1 x DM
2 x CM
2 x Wingers
1 x ST

anyone got a formation for 16 that is roughly similar to this one? thanks.

2 IWBs (support) 2 CB, 1RPM (Support), 2 W (Attack and support), 2 AM (eganche and attacking PM), and a poacher
2 WBs (support) 2 CB, 1DPM (Support), 2 MC (AP and BBM), 2 AM (attack and support), and a poacher
