Need help with adding a new team.

I've done loads of saves in the past, using the editor to add new teams in.
This time round i was trying to add a new team, called Humber F.C however although the rules are verified in the editor, i select the England nation when using the editor data file.

Load it with the base database, not the 18.3.0 update...they show up (that's as far as my testing went)
